Where to start
A medium pattern rewards a moderate hook. Try around Left 4 to 6, lined up right of center, and adjust after your first ball.

Reading the lane
A forgiving, middle-of-the-road lane. A moderate hook into the pocket works, and small misses tend to come back. This lane also leans left once the ball leaves the oil, so aim a little right of where you normally would.
